17. Cancelling your Contract and returns
17.1. You may cancel your order for the Goods, Services and Digital Content at any time prior to receiving a Confirmation Notice from us by notifying us of your decision to cancel by email to info@spectrumpositive.co.uk.

22.1. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Conditions, nothing will affect or limit your statutory rights; or will exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude liability.
